Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GetPagemark is a documentation hosting platform that converts GitHub repositories containing markdown files into hosted documentation websites. We provide build, hosting, and serving infrastructure for your documentation content.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid GitHub account to use GetPagemark. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content in your repositories. By connecting a repository to GetPagemark, you grant us permission to clone, parse, build, and serve the content as a documentation site. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GetPagemark to:

• Host content that violates any law or regulation.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content.
• Abuse the build infrastructure (e.g., using it for purposes other than documentation).
• Circumvent usage limits or billing.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pricing & Billing

Your first documentation site is free. Additional sites cost $3/month each, billed through Stripe. You can add or remove paid sites at any time. Prorated charges apply when changing your subscription mid-cycle.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until the next billing cycle after the change takes effect.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all your data at any time through the Support page in your dashboard or by emailing privacy@getpagemark.com. Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete your account, sites, builds, analytics, and support history within 7 business days. We do not sell your data.

8. Termination

You may delete your account and sites at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your built site files are deleted. Repository content remains in your GitHub account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronStack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
